Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain how we, Autobayph, Philippine auction website (referred to as “the Auctioneer”), conduct our auction events. They apply to all sellers, bidders, and buyers involved in our auctions.

When you submit a Vehicle for sale, place a bid, or buy a Vehicle, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

Please note that placing a bid may mean you are required to buy the item if you win the auction. Once a bid is placed, it can only be retracted if the Auctioneer allows it.

1. REGISTRATION

To participate in auctions, you need to register for an account. Registration is free. Please ensure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, as we are not responsible for any losses due to incorrect information. Once you receive your login credentials, you'll be able to bid on our auction site and purchase vehicles or products.

2. TRANSACTIONS

Transactions are governed by the TERMS OF TRADE included with your invoice. Prices on the site are listed in Thai Baht, and we only accept payment in the currency specified on the invoice. Please note that bank charges and other transaction costs are not included in the invoice price and are your responsibility. We also accept cheque and offline payment methods.

3. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

We offer warranties on our products as described at the time of purchase. Upon delivery, please verify all details listed on the vehicle’s information sheet. If anything is missing or incorrect, you must report it at the time of delivery. Once delivery is complete, any issues will be addressed based on our review. If the mistake is on our end, we will rectify it; otherwise, we may not be able to make corrections.
